T&SU offers bachelor's, masters, and doctorate level certifications along two tracks: foodservice and plumbing. The requirements for each are as follows:
  • Bachelors Degree:
    • Completion of the appropriate 100-level courses

  • Masters Degree
    • Completion of the appropriate 100- and 200-level courses
    • One year of sustained, successful sales of T&S Brass products
    • A recommendation from the rep firm principal through the T&S Regional Sales Manager to the Dean of T&S University

  • Doctorate Degree:
    • Completion of the appropriate 100- and 200-level courses
    • Two years of sustained, successful sales of T&S Brass products
    • Professional certification (such as CPMR or CFSP)
    • A recommendation from the rep firm principal through the T&S Regional Sales Manager to the Dean of T&S University
    • Successful completion of seven elective courses
