Can anyone take courses at T&SU?
Courses are presently only available to sales reps of firms authorized to represent T&S Brass. There are plans to extend the university's courses to dealers, engineers, plumbing firms, general contractors, and others partners and customers in the T&S world.
I'm a rep. How do I take courses?
You should have been issued a student ID and password. If you have those, simply click on the "eClassroom" tab and enter that information. This will take you to your personalized page in the electronic registrar's office. If you don't have an ID and password, email pbishop@tsbrass.com to receive them.
I can't sign on at the Registrar's Office screen. What do I do?
Check your ID and password and try again. 90% of all log-in issues are incorrect ID's and passwords. If that does not work, email pbishop@tsbrass.com and request confirmation of your info.
What courses are available to me?
There are three degree programs -- the bachelor's, master's and doctorate levels. An overview of each is available by clicking the "Degree Programs" tab. Once you sign in to the eClassroom you can select the courses available for the degree program you are currently working in.
What do I receive for "graduating?"
You will receive a diploma as well as the ability to select from among the awards shown under the "Awards" tab.
How do I keep track of my progress?
Go to "Transcript" on your personal registrar page to see your learning progress.
I was trying to take a course and it prompted me to download a JAVA program? Is this legitimate?
Yes. Some PC's will require a download before all the functions of the courseware will be available. Follow the instructions and then re-enter the eClassroom. This will resolve the issue.
